The processing is necessary to deliver the website securely, reliably and efficiently, to diagnose errors and to protect the service against misuse and attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure provision of our online service.

4. Consent management

Your choices regarding analytics, marketing and external media are stored locally in your browser under the key ‘ah_mba_consent_v1’. This is necessary so that we can respect your decision on subsequent page views. The entry contains only the selected categories and no directly identifying information. The legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can change your choices at any time through ‘Privacy settings’ in the footer.

5. HubSpot form, analytics and marketing

The embedded HubSpot form is loaded only after you consent to external media. Form submissions are sent directly to Allensbach University’s existing HubSpot account and are not stored in a separate database for this landing page. Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are also activated only in accordance with your choices.

Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-ZF4WD9LHWL, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the website and whether pages, navigation and forms work correctly. Data processed may include pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, device and browser information, referrer, and the time and duration of the visit.

Google Analytics and the associated Google tag are loaded only after you consent to the ‘Analytics’ category in the privacy settings. Before consent is given, this website does not connect to Google Analytics. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG. Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled for this measurement. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect through ‘Privacy settings’ in the footer; after withdrawal, the page reloads and Google Analytics is not activated again.

Google may also process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Information about recipients, retention periods, transfer safeguards and your data protection rights is available in Allensbach University’s general privacy policy and Google’s privacy information.

6. Your rights

You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Please contact datenschutz@allensbach-hochschule.de.
